Interview to SEERC about the MORE project

On November 22nd 2022, Leslie Szamosi, from South-East European Research Center (SEERC), Thessaloniki (Greece), was interviewed about SEERC’s role in the MORE project and the objectives pursued within it. SEERC is the research center of the CITY College University of York Europe Campus.

Within the project, SEERC takes an academic position to ensure that the training programs to develop in the project meet the highest international standards and to make sure that the knowledge is transferred in the most effective way. SEERC will also investigate the role of rural women from an academic perspective throughout Europe.

The MORE project ("Multifunctional role of women as a key driver for rural development") aims to improve the access to, and the quality of, training opportunities and qualifications of rural EU women. To do this, it will be developed the “MORE Training” which will consist of 10 e-courses designed for - and co-created with - rural adult women. The goal is to support the target group’s professional and personal growth and competitiveness.
