Mare Nostrum


The adventure began in 2003 with the creation of our dairy workshop Mare Nostrum, the alma mater of the project, a cheese and dairy shop located in Castilblanco de los Arroyos, in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla. There we make cheeses from raw goat's milk from the native Florida Sevillana breed of goat, farmed in extensive dehesa pastures, by a manual process and using only our own natural ferments. In 2016 we decided to open our own shop in our hometown, Seville. A place where we can show the world what we are passionate about: conscious eating and, above all, raw milk cheeses.
