Our project was born in 2014 with the idea of creating healthy food, with quality ingredients from organic farming. Charcuterra is a gastronomic handicraft company where we offer a range of high quality vegetarian and vegan products, designed to complement your daily diet, providing aroma and flavour to your everyday and festive dishes. We consider it important to recover the art of traditional cooking, far from artificial additives. We only use natural preservatives: sea salt, spices, cayenne, extra virgin olive oil, vinegars or tamari. As far as possible, we choose local and/or fair trade raw materials. We work with conscious food, from the choice of raw materials to the delivery of the product. The ingredients we use have been carefully selected, prioritising the Spanish origin and taking into account the nutritional value at all times. Without a doubt, the worldwide fame of Spanish sausages is well deserved. In each region, each district and each village, different sausages are prepared, following techniques that have been handed down from family memory. Charcuterra has created an alternative and healthier version of these traditional products, protagonists in all regions, combining tradition and modernity. All our products are made with top quality ingredients, with organic certification. They contain no artificial additives or preservatives. They do not contain gluten or lactose, as the main base for their preparation are nuts and gluten-free cereals such as millet, teff, buckwheat, corn... An added value is the convenience of consumption. You open the packet and they can be cooked on a griddle, in the oven or in a frying pan with very little oil in just a few minutes. Ideal for adding to pasta dishes, pizzas, pies, quiche... in legumes and stews, add at the end of cooking.
