At La Artesa we are dedicated to making artisan bread. We make bread with organic ingredients from local producers, fermented with sourdough and fresh yeast, and kneaded by hand. We believe that all you need to make good bread is quality ingredients and a bit of patience. That is why we carefully choose our ingredients and work to bring out all the nuances, smells and flavours of bread. We want to recover quality bread by producing bread with organic ingredients, long fermentations and natural sourdough. We promote the recovery of local varieties of wheat through the Andalusian Seed Network. We promote local consumer groups and local commerce.
