The HUERTO CARACOL is still in its early stages, we have only been doing this for 2 years. We have opted for this healthy way of producing food out of our own conviction and we want you to come to the same conclusion. We are in a farm 30 minutes from Seville, which is open to all of you, where we will be delighted to welcome you. A privileged location for the development of typical agriculture. El Huerco Caracol is characterised by its cultivation of seasonal vegetables (cabbages, cauliflowers, celery, broccoli, lettuce, red cabbage, spinach, chard, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, pumpkins, aubergines, spring onions, etc...). In this project we will try to meet some of the needs that exist in modern societies, a widespread activity in Europe, and we will try to satisfy them by filling the gap that extensive and aggressive agriculture has caused and that has almost completely destroyed traditional agriculture and healthy food.
